Placing Orders

After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you ordered a Software Download you will
receive the link to the download in your order confirmation as well as your Login Password.

Shipping Information

Bejeweled Software Company ships via USPS Priority Mail typically ship within one to two business days from when
you submit the order.

Payment Methods

We accept PayPal, MasterCard, VISA and American Express. Money orders and personal checks may be mailed to Bejeweled Software Company.

Return Policy

Jewelry Designer Manager™ comes with a 30-day money back guarantee. This gives you time to test the product to see if it meets your needs. If it doesn’t, you may request a refund within 30 days. Downloads are fully refundable. No returns are accepted after the 30-day period.

All CD and Accessories returns are subject to a 15% restocking/handling fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. We will exchange damaged materials. Products must be in saleable condition with original packaging and copy of your sales receipt for a refund of the purchase price.

The purchaser is responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning the product to Bejeweled Software Company. Returned merchandise should be shipped using some traceable method such as UPS or FedEx.

Return Procedure

We require RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers for items being returned to us. You MUST call us at 858-230-7815 to obtain an RMA number. Any returns received without an RMA number will not be accepted. We credit returned products within 48 hours of receiving the package.
