We try to respond within 24 hours even on weekends and holidays. Remote access is available if needed. Support includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • If you are unable to install the software yourself, we will gladly help you.
  • Questions about software functionality
  • Configuration options
  • Backing up and restoring data
  • Moving the software from one computer to another
  • Issuing or resetting license keys or download links
  • Free software updates/bug fixes as free downloads as they are released

Maintenance for JDM Premier and Premier Plus

 Maintenance for JDM Pro and JDM Deluxe

We have provided support for the Jewelry Designer Manager Pro and Deluxe versions for the past 13 years. But the time came for us to invest our resources toward supporting more recent technologies so that we can continue to deliver a great program. As a result we are no longer selling or updating the JDM Pro or JDM Deluxe versions.  

The current version of Jewelry Designer Manager are the Premier and Premier Plus which are compatible on both Mac and PC.  All your data from JDM Pro and Deluxe can be imported.  If you need help we can import your data for you.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation we will not pro-rate or issue any refunds for any unused time on Maintenance – one year. There is no grace period for the cancellation.
